Archway Community Services is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of information we collect. Our intent is to collect only the personal information that is provided voluntarily by online visitors so that we can offer information and/or services to those individuals or offer information about employment opportunities.
The collection of personal information on our website
Our website has a number of places where people can provide personal information to either connect to our services, get involved with us or donate to Archway Food Bank.
Our forms are designed so that you only need to provide the minimum required amount of personal information to complete your request or activity.
Further, our donations form (Donate) and food drives and fundraiser idea application (Get Involved) have additional security on them to ensure your information only goes to where it is supposed to and is only used how you have requested.
Our site uses cookies to track visits so that we know how many people are using our website and what types of information they are looking for. This tracking is anonymous and Archway cannot use these tools to identify you personally. However, our site is linked to Google Analytics, which can result in the collection and use of data by Google. Personal information
Personal information is recorded information about an identifiable individual. This is information like your name, phone number, address, and email address as well as any other information that could be connected to you.
On our website, we have taken care to design our forms so that there is very little personal information required before you send it. However, all our forms need a minimum of your first and last name, and your email address so we may reply to you.
On the forms that ask for additional personal information when you are donating or applying to volunteer, we have added an extra layer of security on our website.

Many of our clients and our community supporters find it convenient to connect with us through our website. For that reason our website collects some personal information so that we can connect with you. However, we also welcome phone calls, emails and to our location on Essendene to receive services or get more information about us.
Archway Community Services collects and uses information from our website for the delivery of services, to connect you to volunteer opportunities, to be able to receive your donation and to issue you a tax receipts and to keep our supporters informed.
Accuracy of information and our accountability
The Archway Food Bank as part of Archway Community Services is accountable for the personal information we collect. If we have made an error in the information we have collected from you, our privacy office can help in correcting that information.
Sharing
Archway Community Services may only disclose your personal information if it is done for the same purpose that it was collected. Archway Community Services will not share your personal information for another purposes unless Archway Community Services has your consent to do so.
In limited circumstances that are outlined in section 15 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Archway Community Services may be required, or authorized, by law to disclose your personal information to another party.
