What is the Christmas Bureau?

Christmas can be a difficult time, especially on a limited income. We are here to help!
This program’s purpose is to create access to food and gifts at for all who wish to participate in the Christmas holiday tradition.

Applications for the Christmas Bureau program requires an income test and applications close November 22th.

The Christmas Bureau has two options for you.

Direct Support from a Christmas Neighbour

For those matched with a Christmas Neighbour, you can chose to receive ingredients for a Christmas dinner, and gifts delivered to your door or arrange a meet up point.

A working phone or email MUST be provided to be able to receive direct support from a Christmas Neighbour. They will contact you to arrange a CONTACT-LESS drop-off date. If you are not comfortable with a visit from a Christmas Neighbour, please ask us about options.

Christmas Bureau Toy Room & Christmas Food Basket

For those accessing gifts and food through the Christmas Bureau’s toy room, you will have the opportunity to shop for your children (for free!) in our toy room, fully and graciously stocked by our community. Groceries and extra Christmas treats can be accessed at the Food Bank.

You will be given 2 dates.
-1 to access the toy room (location will be provided)
-1 to access Christmas Food Basket pick up

Applications are now closed due to capacity.
Please add your details to the waitlist.
